Here are 12 of what I consider my best images of 2016.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The first 2, Lady pouring Milk, and Lady with the Balance are continuations of my Vermeer reconstruction series I started in 2015. They have won prizes and commendations <\/a>and been exhibited in many local galleries, including Studio 617, and Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, Files and Prints, St Petersburg, Platformz, and Fuego in St Petersburg, Jose Gomez Galleries and Tampa Museum of Photographic Art in Tampa. This was taken at a Body Painting exposition in St Petersburg.with <\/a>\u043b\u0438\u0437\u0430\u0432\u0435\u0442\u0430 \u041c\u0430\u043b\u0438\u043d\u043e\u0432\u0441\u043a\u0430\u044f<\/a> (Trip) a wonderful local model.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Had a wonderful trip to Ireland in June and travelled on the Wild Atlantic Way. This was taken on top of Irelands Highest sea cliffs at Keem bay in Achill Island.<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n

This is of island of Skellig Michael in the background (a World Heritage site and also spectacular location for the last 5 minutes of Star Wars: The Force Awakens) and Little Skellig in the foreground. This is the site of one of the largest Gannet colonies in the world.<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n

This was a collaborative effort with Nicole Hays, a wonderfully talented Body Painter, among other things, and model Morelle Thomas, inspired by the movie A Trip to the Moon by <\/a>Georges M\u00e9li\u00e8s (1902). Note the man and woman in the moon, as it sits in her lap at the bottom of the sea, where the spaceship lands on returning to earth. Exhibited with Nicole Hays at the “12 days of Dali” at the Dali Museum, St Petersburg.
